Cancel An Order

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department with your order number. Please keep in mind that there is a limited amount of time before your order ships out. We recommend calling for fastest service.

 

Changes To An Item On Order

If you have already completed an order, you cannot add an additional item or alter an item on your order. You can place a second order, or cancel your initial order and place a new order. To cancel an order, contact our customer service department. We recommend calling for fastest service.

Personalizing Products

Products with customizable designs are marked with an icon in get2shirt marketplace. To personalize these products, click the “customize” button on the product detail page. On the Customizer page, type your desired personalization as text or use one of our design template. The preview of the design will update to show your personalized shirt design. 

The Customizer include more than 50.000 design templates.

Discounts And Coupons

get2shirt offers discounts in the form of coupons, sales, and bulk discounts. Coupons can frequently be found on our website and through email newsletters. Enter coupons at checkout in the “Promo Code / Gift Certificate” area. Coupons cannot be combined with sale prices or bulk discounts.

 

From time to time, get2shirt will offer products at sale prices. These discounts are applied automatically when the product is added to your shopping cart.

 

Order Status

You can track the status of your order using our Order Tracking tool. Your order should arrive within the date range posted on the order tracking page.

 

When your order has shipped, the “Last Order Status” will say “Shipped”. If it doesn’t, we're not quite finished printing and appreciate your patience. We'll email you the tracking information when we ship your order.

 

If your order has shipped but you haven't received it yet, please check the estimated arrival dates in our Order Tracking tool. If your order is still within the estimated arrival date window, fear not – that means your order is still on its way. Feel free to be excited. In fact, we encourage it.

 

If your order is outside of the estimated arrival date window, first we'll need to retrace your steps a bit to find out why. That means you'll need to log in to your account and view your order history. In order history, check the billing and shipping addresses on the order to make sure it is correct. If you have any questions, contact us to help.

 

Order Status Explained

Status:

Description

NEW    Your order has just been placed, but the charges have not yet been authorized by your bank or PayPal.

AUTH VERIFICATION Your order is being processed through our order verification system. If we need any additional information from you regarding your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

PENDING        We need additional information from you to process your order. Please contact our customer service department so that we may further assist you at 1-877-809-1659.

READY FOR PRODUCTION  Your order has been successfully authorized by the bank or PayPal and is now waiting in queue to be printed.

PRODUCTION            Your order is currently being printed at our production facility.

READY TO SHIP         Your order has been printed and is currently waiting to be picked up by the shipping company. Once it has been picked up, you will receive an email containing a shipment confirmation and tracking information (if available).

SHIPPED         Your order has shipped and is on its way to you. The tracking information has been emailed to you if available. You can also log in to your account and view your order history to get tracking information.

AUTH DECLINED       Your order was not authorized by the bank. This is usually the result of a typo in the credit card number or expiration date. Please call customer service at 1-877-809-1659 to correct this.

CANCELLED   Your order has been cancelled. The authorization on your credit card or PayPal account will drop off in approximately 3-5 business days.

 

Payment Methods

get2shirt accepts credit cards, GPay, ApplePay PayPal as payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (if they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above).

If you are using a pre-paid credit card, you need to contact the issuing company to have your address added to the card as the billing address.

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or purchase orders.

 

Refunds


get2shirt.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please fill out our return request form. We will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For returns, fill out our contact us form online and select “Exchange/Refund” as the reason for contact.
